  • Reporting to Deputy Managing Director
  • The role has the responsibility to work across the entire business to develop and embed best practice sales behaviors and approaches, across both face-to-face and digital solutions, around sales planning, forecasting, sales process, and execution.
  • Be responsible for delivering sales performance and business strategy, building a high-performance culture by training, and developing the sales team under his/her portfolio, coaching, and embedding excellence in selling multi-channel solutions based on customer needs.
  • The role will support Deputy Managing Director and work closely with the Exhibition Directors/Managers of the various portfolios to deliver prescribed revenue budget, achieve strategic growth of each portfolio, and successfully launch new shows.
  • Reporting to Exhibition Director, the role has the responsibility for the overall strategic management, direction, and development of Portfolio.
  • A primary component of this role encompasses overseeing the portfolio and event strategy.
  • This will involve using your strong sales background to support the Portfolio Manager in managing key accounts and driving strategic partner relationships, supporting the Marketing Manager in driving new visitor initiatives and channels, working closely with the Conference and Event Manager to determine the features and content that will make the events a must attend experience and keeping abreast of the health and direction of the industry to determine where the opportunities exist.
  • The Exhibition Manager is also responsible for delivering the portfolio’s budget, driving event revenues by effectively collaborating with the sales team, managing costs, and liaising with all supporting function to deliver the highest quality events.
  • Reporting to Exhibition Director, the role has the responsibility to support Exhibition Management.
  • This role is related to show growth, both existing and new show, analysis, contributing on content generation to support show value proposition, executing in collaboration with other teams, market research and market survey and coordination to support the supervisor for creating new business.
  • This role needs to be assertive, constantly vigilant on market movement and know exactly where to find the data and contacts in the market and report to the supervisor on potential opportunities, threats, and market feedback. 
  • The Exhibition Manager is also responsible for delivering the portfolio’s budget, driving event revenues by effectively collaborating with the sales team, managing costs, and liaising with all supporting function to deliver the highest quality events.
  • Reporting to Managing Director, the role has the responsibility to provide high level administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and Senior Management Team (SMT), and undertake a variety of administrative, secretarial, and ad hoc tasks.
  • Acts as a professional executive assistant as well as liaison and coordinator with departments and other parties related to the business requirements as assigned.
  • Executive Assistant must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • This role will also act as a Central Support Team Leader supervising a team of coordinators providing administrative services to Sales and Exhibition Management teams.
  • Reporting to Marketing Director, the role has the responsibility to support Marketing Director, to lead and coach a team of Marketing Executives and Officers to develop, manage and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns across the assigned portfolio of events.
  • To oversee, plan, and manage marketing budget and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and recruit exhibitors and visitors.
  • The tasks also include analyzing campaign performances, initiating new ideas to be applied across various offline and digital networks.
  • Reporting to Marketing Director, the role has the responsibility to create a solid foundation of networks, connections, and insights of our events’ key and general buyers, e.g., who they are, what they want, how they feel about our company and shows, etc.
  • This role is to refresh, maintain, and expand our buyer base.
  • To create and run Key Buyer and Hosted Buyer Programs. To manage and deliver business matching services in our shows.
  • To run customer survey campaigns and make sure that the results are applied to our shows.
  • He/she will work closely with marketing and exhibition management teams in order to apply his learning and connections to show development and success. 
  • Reporting to IT Director, the role has the responsibility to provide the leadership in maintaining (operational continuity) and transforming (transition to SAAS) the applications landscape to globally defined security and compliance standards for both internal and external customers.
  • This will include to the internal business operations (Sales CRM, Order Processing, Invoice, GL interface, fulfillment) as well as external customer facing tools (Event websites, Customer portal, registration, Marketing campaigns).
